EB1 is the most imp for US, followed by EB2, followed by EB3?
Why should USCIS follow the approach of oldest priority first? without any regards to the EB categories?
EB categories were created for a reason, doesn't matter how smart you are. If you are in lower skill category your wait is bound to be more. I don't see anything wrong in that.
If EB1 is current and EB2 takes 4-5 years you can't just start crying. Similarly if EB2 takes 2 years and Eb3 takes 7-8 years you can't panic. Stop being a cry baby and start respecting the inter EB level priority.

If you want to make changes in the existing law, we have to do far more than a letter campaign. In the coming months, there maybe opportunities where we can try provisions and bills as we see any progress on immigration reform initiatives. Lobbying effort for big changes will have to be huge.
The most important work we can do at this time is to increase our numbers. We must get as many high skilled immigrants on H1B, EAD, F1, J1, H4 etc visas under Immigration voice. Once we have good support, we can try to work on various projects that helps everyone. Look up Bait and Switch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bait_and_switch). If vonage intends to suddenly switch their offerings after gaining customers through misleading ad - then it fits the definition of Bait and Switch - which is clearly illegal in US.
So even if you leave aside the bad reputation from such a maneuver (which, in itself would be huge since their target consumer base is clearly immigrants - most of whom are savvy consumers) - Vonage may stand to lose a lot from legal fees and penalties if they try to pull such a trick. Class actions are not fun in US.

Congressmen& Senator needs faxed copies with Date and Sign on it.

There are 50million without healthcare here. Soon your company will say that it cannot pay your healthcare plans because it is getting costly. The middle men(insurance companies) maybe eating more of your money than the actual health care costs. The long lines are due to less available doctors, not because of universal healthcare.
